Terms and Conditions — 11jjj Pakistan

Welcome to 11jjj. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the player" or "you") and 11jjj ("the platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the 11jjj website, platform and all associated services including Sports betting, Casino, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bet and VIP services.

By registering an account on 11jjj, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 11jjj platform.

These Terms apply alongside any product-specific rules that may be displayed on individual pages of the platform — for example, specific Promotions terms, VIP programme rules or game-specific rules. Where there is any conflict between these general Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule will take precedence in relation to that specific product or promotion.

To register and use 11jjj, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 11jjj is strictly an adult entertainment platform. We do not knowingly permit minors to register, deposit or participate in any betting or gaming activity.
• You must be registering as an individual for your personal use only. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts or accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee or director of 11jjj or any of its associated business entities.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order that you have placed on your own account through the platform's responsible gaming tools.

11jjj reserves the right to request documentary verification of your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 11jjj platform. Opening more than one account — whether under your real name, a variation of your name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, truthful and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and any payment information used to fund your account. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 11jjj support immediately. 11jjj will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have shared or failed to adequately protect your login details.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Account credentials are your responsibility to protect.
• Account transfers, sales or sharing of accounts between individuals is not permitted.
• PKR is the account currency for all 11jjj players. All balances, deposits, withdrawals and bonus credits are denominated in PKR.

11jjj supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and compatible debit cards and mobile wallets. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversion fees applied by 11jjj on standard PKR transactions.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. 11jjj is not responsible for delays caused by network issues, payment provider downtime or banking system delays outside of our control. If a deposit does not reflect within a reasonable time, contact support with proof of the transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed according to the queue applicable to your VIP tier. Bronze tier players use the standard processing queue. Silver tier players receive priority queue placement. Gold tier players access the fast-track processing channel. Diamond tier players receive instant-priority processing. Processing times begin from the point of approval, not the point of request.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method linked to your verified account.
• The name on the receiving JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account must match the name on your 11jjj account.
• 11jjj reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of the platform.

11jjj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, VIP credits, cricket odds boosts and other time-limited promotions. Each promotion is governed by its specific terms, which are displayed on the Promotions page and communicated at the time of the offer.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 11jjj bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus credit can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligible games and bets: Not all games and bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credits that are not used within the stated timeframe will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held on an account at a time. Depositing or claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may forfeit the existing bonus.
• Abuse prevention: Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures — including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, arbitrage betting or pattern wagering designed purely to clear bonuses — is considered abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• PKR denomination: All bonus credits are issued and wagered in PKR. Minimum deposit thresholds to trigger a bonus, where applicable, are stated in PKR in the relevant promotion terms.

All bets placed on the 11jjj platform — across Sports, Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports, Casino, Live Casino, Fish Games and all other products — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any product-specific rules displayed within each section.

Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message and the bet appears in your bet history. Do not assume a bet has been placed based solely on filling out a bet slip. Network interruptions can prevent confirmation from reaching you — always verify in your account history.

Odds and pricing: Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 11jjj reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds — for example, a clear data entry error resulting in significantly mispriced odds — may be voided at the platform's discretion. Players who identify a potential pricing error should contact support rather than placing large volumes of bets on it.

Cricket and PSL markets: Match abandonment, cancellation, weather interruptions and DLS (Duckworth–Lewis–Stern) method applications are governed by the specific market rules displayed within each market. In general, if a match is abandoned without a result being achievable, outrights and match winner bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets that were placed after a specific point in the match may be settled differently — refer to the market rules.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Errors in bet placement made by the player cannot be reversed.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• 11jjj reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict markets for individual accounts at its sole discretion.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance in PKR following settlement of the relevant event.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators. 11jjj does not manipulate game outcomes.

The 11jjj VIP Programme operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity across all products on the platform. The specific thresholds for each tier are displayed on the VIP page.

VIP benefits — including enhanced withdrawal limits, faster processing channels, cricket odds boosts, personal account managers and monthly PKR bonus packages — are tied to your current tier status. Benefits are not transferable and apply only to the account that has earned the VIP tier.

• VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Failure to maintain the wagering activity level associated with your tier may result in a tier downgrade.
• VIP-exclusive bonuses and offers are subject to the same general bonus terms in Section 5 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the VIP offer communication.
• Personal account managers assigned to Gold and Diamond tier players are available during extended hours. Contact hours and response time commitments are communicated when the account manager is assigned.
• 11jjj reserves the right to modify, restructure or discontinue the VIP programme with reasonable notice to affected players.

11jjj operates as a platform for individual recreational betting and gaming. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the 11jjj platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Colluding with other players to exploit odds, bonus structures or game mechanics.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event, casino game or other wagerable event offered on the platform.
• Using the platform to process fraudulent payments, money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 11jjj platform.

11jjj collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration and use of the platform. This includes your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information and betting/gaming activity. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, manage bonuses, deliver VIP services and conduct identity verification.

11jjj does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment providers — including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and banking partners — strictly to the extent necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals.

11jjj reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity fraud.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional structures.
• Accounts identified as duplicates of an existing account.
• At the player's own written request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not associated with any ongoing investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification process.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact support at any time. Self-exclusion tools are also available within account settings for players who wish to take a break or exclude themselves from the platform entirely.

11jjj provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and platform performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, internet infrastructure issues and third-party service disruptions may affect availability from time to time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11jjj shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated winnings resulting from platform downtime, bet rejection or technical errors.
• Losses arising from a player's own failure to protect their account credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by payment provider systems outside of 11jjj's control.
• Losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, market rules or bonus terms.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you believe you have experienced a platform error that directly caused a financial loss, contact support with full details and the matter will be investigated.

11jjj may update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify active players via email or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date.

Your continued use of the 11jjj platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any change to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

We strongly encourage all players to:
